We have used Debbie Archambault as our travel agent for over 10 years. She has sent us on the best vacations: Disney, Grand Cayman, Curacao, the Dominican Republic, and to Italy. She has gotten to know us and what our likes and dislikes are. After a few questions she creates the best possible vacation packages for us. Being a family of five it is difficult to put luxury and economy in the same sentence but she has done just that.

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you of our experience with Debbie Archambault. She booked a trip for my family to Europe. She did a great job, asked many questions and got us just what we were looking for - or so we all thought. Through no fault of her own there was a miscommunication about the rating of one of the hotels and we ended up with less than we had expected for accommodations. We should have called when it happened but we did not want to insult the inn keeper so we stayed where we were. When we got home we expressed our disappointment with that part of the trip to Deb and she was fabulous. She allowed me to vent without ever once getting frustrated. She listened to our concerns and facilitated a very fair refund of part of our costs. I will use and recommend her and Virtuoso to everyone I know. Thank-you for being such a dedicated and thoughtful agent!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for SAVING MY VACATION! I can't thank you enough. Once again this year my wife and I were ready to take our annual trip to the Caribbean and once again we called you.
As usual you did a bunch of research and you were ready within hours with a few different choices, and as always, every one of them in our price range. But it's what happened next that is a true testament to you and your profession. We picked a resort, we picked a carrier and you made the call - but when you called...POOF!!!! The price went up by about $500 dollars!!! Needless to say I was less than thrilled, but you didn't panic you just jumped right into action.
After almost a full day and I'm sure countless phone calls, your final call was to me to tell me that everything was all set and to "enjoy your trip"!!
You took the worry out of the whole process and made it easy for us to concentrate only on our trip and relaxing and just taking a break from everything. People who know me, know that I travel as much as possible and the people who know me know that I will ONLY use you as my travel agent, because you are the best at what you do. Anybody can go on the internet and try to find a vacation. You do much more than that - you find the best spots, the best price, and you truly aren't happy until your clients are happy.
